Job Description :
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Job Specification:
- Strong communication skills with good time management skills
- Highly Competent in Microsoft Office applications, and advanced excel skills
- Knowledge and experience of accounting systems and preferably Nevigator.
- Innovative and creative thinker open to new ideas and driving change & excellence
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with the public
- Fluency in written and vocal English language
- Should have knowledge of VAT and TAX
